Opt for different, unusual venues and adapt them to the YES I DO day such as: a theatre, a greenhouse, a factory (industrial / urban style).
You can choose a big hotel (Palazzo Parigi, Bulgari, Mandarin,l Grand Hotel De Milan), a historic villa (Villa Necchi, Villa Mozart Art Decò, Casa degli Atellani where Leonardo da Vinci lived, Palazzo Clerici with its painted ceilings from Tiepolo) or lofts and industrial spaces (Le Officine del Volo, Palazzo Pirelli, the Fonderia Napoleonia Eugenia in the Isola district) and finally ... In Milan you can also rent a historic tram for an aperitif that could be inspired by the city.

Lake Maggiore is only 45 minutes from Milan!

If by chance you have decided to have the reception in a vineyard at the end of summer or in the countryside, check that there is a plan B in case of rain. Imagine if the weather weren't on your side... having chosen a rural place like a country estate, with a long porch or a barn that will shelter you from the rain, will mean not having your day ruined, and being able to enjoy the magic and the atmosphere of the place but above all ... having made your dream come true!

IF YOU ARE LAKE LOVERS: Lake Maggiore, Lake Como or Lake Orta will make the difference for you.
